Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, there are strictly NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES unless the item is faulty/damaged or the wrong items were received. Faulty/damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and photo evidence if there are any issues with the products.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon receiving the return, we will inspect it then notify you of the approval/rejection and your options for an exchange or refund. If approved for a refund, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment, and should appear within a few days. If approved for an exchange, we will send out the replacement within 1-2 business days.
Gift cards are also non-refundable.
